Job summary

Kainos is seeking a Solution Consultant for the Kainos Employee Document Management (EDM) to drive new business with Workday customers. You will partner with Account Executives to articulate EDM value and guide Workday customers through evaluation, ensuring EDM fits seamlessly within the Workday ecosystem.

You will build expertise in EDM, communicate product capabilities to HR, HR Ops, Legal, and IT stakeholders, and support go-to-market activities with strong presales messaging.

Qualifications

• 25 years of presales, solution consulting, or sales engineering experience supporting SaaS sales cycles.
• Workday experience strongly preferred; alternatives include HCM, HRIS, or enterprise platforms.
• Ability to lead discovery, deliver compelling demonstrations, and influence deals end-to-end.
• Experience engaging both business stakeholders (HR, HR Ops, Legal) and technical audiences.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder influence skills.
• Fluency in German would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Presales engagement & opportunity support with Account Executives across Workday customer accounts.
• Deliver tailored demonstrations showing how EDM extends Workday for document management and compliance workflows.
• Quantify and articulate ROI, business value, and risk reduction to stakeholders.
• Build deep domain expertise in Kainos EDM and its Workday integration.
• Support RFPs, proposals, and workshops with Workday-aligned messaging.
• Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing presales culture.
