Job summary

Kainos is seeking a Workday EDM Forward Deployed Engineer (HCM Consultant) to operate as an embedded EDM Workday configuration specialist inside customer environments, driving hands-on adoption, optimization, and deep business integration of EDM from go-live onwards. You will be the technical bridge between Kainos and the customer, aligning with Customer Success, Support, Onboarding, and Product teams.

You will remove friction, enable client teams, and guide the client from go-live to high

Qualifications

HCM Workday certification with hands-on deployment experience.
Experience working inside enterprise customer environments.
Ability to resolve complex integration and configuration challenges independently.

Responsibilities

Design, configure, and optimise EDM & Workday configuration within live customer environments.
Identify and remediate configuration debt and architectural limitations.
Resolve complex technical blockers and support escalation with context.
Ensure continuity from implementation into the FDE engagement.
Enable client admins through knowledge transfer and documentation.
Provide health summaries to CSM and support account reviews.
Guide clients through the three-stage maturity model to reduce friction.
Define account milestones with the Customer Success Manager.
