Job summary
Kainos is seeking a Workday EDM Forward Deployed Engineer (HCM Consultant) to operate as a hands-on configuration specialist within customer environments. You will drive adoption, optimise EDM, and integrate Workday data across multiple live accounts, acting as the technical bridge between Kainos and its clients.
You will work across several accounts, collaborating with Customer Success, Onboarding, and Product teams to remove configuration blockers and enable client teams from go-live through
Qualifications
- HCM Workday certification and hands-on deployment experience required.
- Ability to work inside enterprise customer environments and manage stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills for non-technical audiences and cross-functional teams.
- Experience resolving configuration challenges independently with clear documentation.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and optimise EDM & Workday configurations in live environments.
- Identify and remediate configuration debt and performance constraints.
- Resolve complex blockers and support escalation with context-rich information.
- Ensure smooth handover from implementation to Forward Deployed Engineer engagement.
- Provide knowledge transfer through guides and templates for client teams.
- Monitor adoption health and provide data-driven summaries for account reviews.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Manager to guide clients through maturity stages.
