Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an experienced QE&A Automation Engineer to drive Workday test automation across HCM and Finance modules. You will design and maintain reusable automation frameworks, automate regression and end-to-end tests, and lead migration of automation suites across environments.

You will guide offshore and onshore teams, ensure integration validation, and report test progress to stakeholders in HR, Finance, and QA.

Qualifications

Strong experience in Workday test automation across HCM/Finance modules.
Ability to design and maintain reusable automation frameworks for Workday business processes.
Hands-on experience automating Workday regression, integration, and end-to-end test scenarios.
Experience leading migration and stabilization of automation suites from vendor environments into client-owned environments.
Strong expertise in regression planning, regression optimization, and release validation for large-scale Workday programs.
