Job summary

Cognizant is expanding its Quality Engineering & Assurance practice, delivering end-to-end automation for large Workday programs across HR and Finance modules. The role focuses on building reusable automation frameworks, driving regression, and ensuring reliable CI/CD integration in client environments.

You will lead offshore and onshore automation teams, review scripts, track defects, and report progress to stakeholders, collaborating with HR, Finance, and implementation teams to ensure smooth

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Workday test automation across HCM / Finance modules.
• Ability to design and maintain reusable automation frameworks for Workday business processes.
• Hands-on experience automating Workday regression, integration, and end-to-end test scenarios.
• Experience leading migration and stabilization of automation suites from vendor environments into client-owned environments.
• Strong expertise in regression planning, regression optimization, and release validation for large-scale Workday programs.
• Experience with automation tools such as Turnkey or Selenium, Playwright, Tosca, UFT.
• Good understanding of Workday security roles, business process configuration, and test data setup.
• Experience validating upstream/downstream integrations, data reconciliation, and environment readiness during migration activities.
• Ability to define automation strategy, governance, script maintenance, CI/CD integration, and execution reporting.
