Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a QA Automation expert to drive Workday test automation across HCM and Finance modules. You will design reusable frameworks, automate regression and end-to-end tests, and coordinate migration of automation suites into client environments.

You will also define automation strategy, governance and CI/CD integration, while leading offshore/onshore teams and keeping stakeholders informed of progress.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience with Workday automation across HR domains.
• Proven ability to design reusable automation frameworks for business processes.
• Expertise automating Workday regression, integration and end-to-end tests.

Responsibilities

• Automate Workday tests across HCM and Finance modules.
• Design and maintain reusable automation frameworks.
• Automate regression, integration, and end-to-end scenarios.
• Lead migration and stabilization of automation suites to client environments.
• Plan regressions, optimize, and validate releases for large programs.
• Define automation strategy, governance, and CI/CD integration.
• Lead offshore/onshore automation teams and report progress.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, implementation and QA stakeholders.
