Job summary

ECA International is seeking an AI Automation QA Engineer to advance automated testing and AI-assisted testing across the business. You will build frameworks, pipelines and workflows with cross‑functional teams to ensure quality is embedded in every SDLC stage.

You’ll leverage Playwright, Selenium or Cypress to boost test coverage and explore agentic AI approaches for autonomous testing and test orchestration across multiple product teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience designing and implementing automated test strategies across platforms.
• Experience creating or significantly enhancing QA automation frameworks throughout SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Designing, building and maintaining automated test suites across our platforms
• Establishing or developing our QA automation framework and creating a clear, scalable workflow
• Using tools such as Playwright, Selenium or Cypress to improve test coverage
• Introducing AI-assisted testing techniques, including test generation, self-healing scripts and LLM-supported debugging
• Creating automation pipelines that allow other QA professionals to contribute effectively
• Working closely with QA, Engineering and Product teams to agree quality standards and testing strategies
• Identifying opportunities to streamline testing processes using AI
• Exploring and piloting agentic AI approaches to test orchestration and autonomous testing
• Evaluating new tools and technologies that could improve testing speed, reliability and accuracy
• Supporting teams in adopting automation consistently across the business
