Job summary

SystemsAccountants is seeking an experienced Workday Adaptive Planning Analyst to own and optimise the planning platform, partnering with Finance and Technology teams across budgeting, forecasting, reporting and long-range planning. You will configure models, dashboards and reports, drive process improvements and ensure seamless integration with Workday Financials.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supporting Workday Adaptive Planning within an FP&A environment.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and management reporting.
• Experience configuring Adaptive Planning models, dashboards and reports.
• Working knowledge of Workday Financials and core finance processes desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• A continuous improvement mindset with a focus on driving efficiency and business value.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for Workday Adaptive Planning support, configuration and enhancement requests.
• Manage and maintain planning models, dashboards, reports and forecasting structures.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes across the business.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardise and automate finance processes.
• Gather requirements, design solutions, coordinate testing and support delivery of system improvements.
• Develop reporting and analytics to improve financial insight and decision-making.
• Partner with Finance stakeholders to drive adoption, optimise processes and maximise platform value.
• Review new Workday functionality and recommend enhancements where appropriate.
• Support integration and alignment with wider Workday Financials processes.
