Job summary

CE Global Partners is seeking an experienced Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant to design, configure and deliver an integrated planning solution across Finance and HR. The role emphasizes hands-on implementation in FP&A and Workforce Planning, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.

Experience in professional services or law firm environments is preferred, and knowledge of Workday HCM/Financial Management is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring Adaptive Planning models and reports.
• Excellent budgeting, forecasting and scenario modelling understanding.

• Ensure alignment between Workday HCM, Finance and Adaptive Planning.
• Facilitate workshops, gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Support testing, training, go-live and post-implementation optimisation.

This role will work closely with Finance, HR and Programme stakeholders to design, configure and deliver an integrated planning solution. Experience within a law firm or professional services environment is highly desirable.
