Job summary

Ce-Global-Partners seeks an experienced Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant to design, configure and deliver an integrated FP&A and workforce planning solution across Finance, HR and IT stakeholders.

You will lead modelling, budgeting, forecasting and scenario planning, aligning Workday HCM/Finance with Adaptive Planning, and facilitate workshops from requirements through go-live and post-implementation optimisation.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on Workday Adaptive Planning implementation experience.
• Strong knowledge of Financial Planning (FP&A) and Workforce Planning.
• Experience configuring Adaptive Planning models and reports.
• Excellent understanding of budgeting, forecasting and scenario modelling.
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Ability to work across Finance, HR and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration and implementation of Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Deliver Financial Planning and Workforce Planning solutions.
• Build and maintain planning models, assumptions, versions, dashboards and reports.
• Configure workforce planning, including headcount, hiring and compensation planning.
• Develop budgeting, forecasting and scenario planning models.
• Ensure alignment between Workday HCM, Finance and Adaptive Planning.
• Facilitate workshops, gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Support testing, training, go-live and post-implementation optimisation.
