Job summary

Systems Accountants is seeking an experienced Workday Adaptive Planning Analyst to support, enhance and optimise planning and forecasting capabilities. The role is remote, UK based, with up to £85,000 salary.

You will own the Workday Adaptive Planning platform, collaborating with Finance and Technology teams to deliver scalable solutions that drive better business decisions and insights.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Workday Adaptive Planning in FP&A.
• Strong budgeting and forecasting and financial modelling skills.
• Experience configuring Adaptive Planning dashboards and reports.
• Knowledge of Workday Financials processes is desirable.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for Workday Adaptive Planning support, configuration and enhancements.
• Manage planning models, dashboards, reports and forecasting structures.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes.
• Identify opportunities to standardise and automate finance processes.
• Gather requirements, design solutions, test and deliver system improvements.
• Develop reporting and analytics to improve financial insight and decision making.
• Partner with Finance stakeholders to drive adoption and maximise platform value.
• Review new Workday functionality and recommend enhancements.
• Support integration with wider Workday Financials processes.
