Capital City College is seeking a motivated Work Experience Manager to lead operational delivery of learner work experience and industry placements across college sites in London. You will manage a dedicated team, engage with employers, and work closely with curriculum colleagues to enhance student employability and outcomes.

The role offers a full-time, permanent contract within a dynamic FE environment, with a focus on developing partnerships and delivering high-quality student support.

• Operational management of learner work experience and industry placement provision across college sites.
• Collaborating with curriculum teams and external employers to secure placements.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational management to deliver a modern learner work experience and industry placement service.
• Ensure learners complete planned hours in placement settings with aspirational employers.
• Oversee a team of work experience staff and partnerships with external organisations.
• Advise the Head of Work Experience to meet targets for learner work experience.
• Collaborate with curriculum teams to support positive learner experiences and career development.
