Job summary

Capital City College Group is seeking a Work Experience Officer in London to connect learners with external organisations, shaping placement opportunities and career readiness. The role focuses on liaising with staff and stakeholders to identify industry needs and support students throughout placements.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative team, contribute to teaching and learning resources, and participate in safeguarding and health & safety practices. 35 hours per week, permanent.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy.
• Experience in industry engagement or business development.
• Ability to liaise with staff, parents/carers and external stakeholders.
• Commitment to safeguarding and health & safety training as required.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key link between learners and external organisations to identify industry needs.
• Support students to secure placements and develop their career prospects.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to maximise opportunities for learners.
• Promote adherence to College Health and Safety policies and procedures.
