Job summary

The successful candidate will coordinate placements, monitor outcomes, and contribute to cross-college engagement activities, with CPD support to develop capabilities and achieve targets.

Qualifications

• A Level 2 minimum qualification in English and maths.
• Level 3 (or higher) qualification or equivalent experience.
• Excellent organisation, planning and communication skills (persuasion and negotiation).

Responsibilities

• Network and develop relationships with external agencies and employers to generate opportunities.
• Match, record and review work experience, placements and encounters for your caseload of students.
• Participate in development and implementation of cross college-enterprise and work skills engagement activities.
