An additional exciting opportunity has become available for an experience Womenswear c Designer to join a small and well established supplier in Central London. The company are working mainly on jersey product which is produced out of Turkey and with a number of UK , European retailers I including supermarkets )

As the Womenswear Designer, you will be purely designing jersey product Womenswear and some Girlswear coming up with on trend research and will be tasked with providing specifications for the factories, working closely with them to action samples and help manage the manufacturing process (strike off) in addition to following the customers seasonal calendars in line with the critical path. You will also create CAD presentations showcasing designs for use with buyers and attending presentations at your key accounts

MUST HAVE TO BE SHORTLISTED

We are looking for a Womenswear Designer with a recent track record designing Womenswear jersey either with another high street supplier or a high street retailer / supermarket, the client needs this commercial experience
Recent and previous experience attending buyer presentations
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Womenswear high street trend aware
Able to understand deadlines and be open to commitment on them
Eligible to work in the UK
