We are now recruiting an experienced, passionate, and dedicated Designer specializing in menswear graphics for our design team based in London. This role will work alongside the Senior Designer and account manager.

About the Role

The Designer role is varied and supports all areas, including menswear jersey design and assisting our in-house design team. The role involves preparing for customer meetings, collecting samples, and developing ranges with a focus on print and graphic design. Experience in shape design is a bonus but not essential. The business is fast-paced, requiring the candidate to be reactive, agile, resilient, and well-organized. Experience working for a supplier and with high-street fashion retailers is desired.

Job Responsibilities

• Designing high street fashion menswear
• Developing current trends and themes, ensuring designs align with customer directives and deadlines
• Communicating effectively with colleagues, customers, factories, and third parties in the Far East and Europe
• Working efficiently under tight deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Photoshop, Illustrator; 3D design skills are beneficial
• Ability to design shapes and graphics, with a focus on graphics
• Technical knowledge of garments and ability to generate detailed tech packs
• Driven, results-oriented, proactive, and solutions-focused
• Educated to degree level in fashion design, business, or retail
