Petrus is seeking a Women's Support Worker in Rochdale. You will provide compassionate support to female service users at a women-only project and help them develop resilience for independent living. The role emphasizes empowerment, community integration, and safety within a respectful, supportive environment.

The position is full-time, 37 hours per week, with a salary of £29,504 and 1 in 3 weekend requirements. Flexible working options and a range of development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Ability to assess needs to plan and deliver effective support.
• Ability to develop service user engagement and community involvement.
• Good organisational skills to plan workload and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to travel to other offices when required.
