Job summary

Great Bear, part of the Culina Group, is seeking a WMS Systems Trainer at our Lutterworth site on a full-time permanent basis. The role involves creating engaging training materials and delivering on-site or remote sessions to staff, ensuring effective use of the WMS system.

The position offers a 9am-5pm Monday–Friday schedule with flexibility expected, and a salary of £36,000 per year. We value a culture that supports development and inclusive opportunities for all employees.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of the WMS system being implemented or similar systems.
• Background in training methodologies and adult learning principles, with prior training roles.

Responsibilities

• Create training materials, manuals, and documentation to support learning.
• Conduct on-site or remote training sessions for staff on WMS usage using workshops and hands-on exercises.
• Assess staff proficiency and provide constructive feedback and extra support as needed.
• Deliver refresher or advanced training as the WMS evolves.
• Collect feedback on training effectiveness and update materials accordingly.
• Maintain up-to-date training documentation and knowledge repositories.
