Job summary

Great Bear, part of the Culina Group, is hiring a Warehouse Operative for the Lutterworth site on a full-time permanent contract. The role involves working 14:00–22:00, joining a busy team handling alcohol, tea, cooking sauces and baby food.

You will pick stock, assemble orders, load goods and ensure accuracy while adhering to health and safety and maintaining warehouse housekeeping standards. This is a performance-focused site with supportive development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous PPT, reach truck, or VNA experience is desirable but not essential.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Pick stock and orders from set locations within the warehouse.
• Work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment handling alcohol, tea, sauces and baby food.
• Tipping and loading.
• Assemble customer orders from the order profile.
• Ensure the correct amount of product is picked.
• Maintain high levels of Health & Safety and housekeeping.

Job Description

We are now looking for aWarehouse Operative for ourLutterworth site on aFull time and permanent contract.

Shift:Monday to Friday 14:00 - 22:00

Salary:£26072.16 per annum.

Job Duties will include but not limited to the following:

• You will be working as part of a team in a Fast-Paced environment dealing with a mix of alcohol, tea and cooking sauces and baby food.
• Pick stock and orders from set locations within the warehouse.
• Tipping and loading
• Assemble customer orders from the order profile
• Ensure the correct amount of product is picked
• Maintain high levels of Health & Safety at all times
• Maintaining high levels of housekeeping throughout the warehouse

Qualifications

• Previous PPT, reach truck, or VNA experience is desirable but not essential.
• Previous experience of working in a fast-paced Warehouse would be desirable
• Excellent attention to detail
• Be able to work on their own initiative
• Adhere to quality standards.
• Adaptability to changes
• A strong work ethic with emphasis on Teamwork.
