Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create training materials, manuals, and documentation for learning.
• Deliver on-site or remote training sessions for staff on the WMS system.
• Assess trainee proficiency and provide feedback and additional support as needed.
• Deliver refresher or advanced training as the WMS updates.
• Collect feedback to improve programs and maintain training docs.
