Job summary

Culina Group Limited is seeking a WMS Systems Trainer for our Lutterworth site. This full-time, permanent role involves creating engaging training materials and delivering sessions to staff to ensure effective use of the warehouse management system.

Responsibilities include organizing courses, managing attendance, and keeping training materials up-to-date, with a Monday–Friday 9am–5pm schedule and flexibility as needed.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of the specific WMS system or similar systems.
• Background in training methodologies and adult learning principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; adaptable to different learning styles.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address user queries and challenges.
• Understanding of warehouse processes and workflows related to the system being trained.

Responsibilities

• Create training materials, manuals, and documentation to support learning.
• Deliver on-site or remote training sessions for staff on WMS usage.
• Assess trainee proficiency and provide constructive feedback.
• Deliver refresher or advanced training as the WMS evolves.
• Maintain training documentation and knowledge repositories.
