Job summary

The Curve Group in Milton Keynes is seeking an IT WMS Support Analyst to join our team and help optimise Warehouse Management Systems in a busy warehouse environment.

You will provide day-to-day WMS support, work with warehouse and operations teams, test new processes and interfaces, train users, create guides, and support system upgrades, with occasional out-of-hours support for critical issues. Experience with WMS/ERP, Excel (ODBC) reporting and scripting is valuable.

Qualifications

• Experience with a WMS/ERP system and strong understanding of warehouse operations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• ODBC reporting within Excel and familiarity with iReports.
• Experience with Oracle APEX and scripting (PowerShell) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for WMS queries and issues.
• Work with warehouse and operations teams to understand requirements and improve processes.
• Test and implement new processes and third-party system interfaces.
• Support system updates and upgrades.
• Create process documentation and user guides.
• Train users on systems and business processes.
• Provide occasional out-of-hours support for system changes and critical issues.
