Job summary

Drnewitt is seeking an IT Systems Analyst to own the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and provide infrastructure support in a Worcestershire-based role. The position emphasizes system enhancements, data integrity, and end-user training.

Reporting to the Group Head of IT, you will bridge business needs with technical solutions, deliver reports, and support enterprise applications across the IT landscape.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in enterprise-level WMS support and administration.
• Foundational IT infrastructure, hardware, or core business applications experience.
• SQL is essential.
• Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) advantageous.
• Experience creating reports with Power BI, SplashBI, or SSRS desirable.
• Strong interpersonal skills bridging technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• WMS Administration: Full ownership of the Warehouse Management System, including configurations and data integrity audits.
• Infrastructure & App Support: Support for enterprise applications (ERP) and underlying IT infrastructure.
• Process Improvement: Translate business needs into technical system requirements.
• Reporting & Data Analysis: Generate and analyse reports to monitor performance and identify trends.
• User Support: First point of contact for system issues and staff training.
