Job summary

Airbus Operations Limited is seeking an Industrial Architect for Wing projects at Filton. You will integrate inputs from multiple stakeholders to deliver optimized Industrial System concepts aligned with aircraft performance and project objectives.

You will verify and cascade requirements for detailed Industrial System definitions across new aircraft programmes, derivatives, and major modifications.

Qualifications

• Experience with metallic manufacturing processes and additive methods.
• Ability to make decisions based on evidence.

Responsibilities

• Support one or more new Wing programmes, focusing on industrial readiness for launch and ramp-up.
• Perform value stream analysis and mapping for new industrial set-ups; use takt time and lead time concepts.
• Support Lean Line Design deployment and Industrial Performance Assessments.
• Assist in Digital Tools Deployment under Digital Factory scope (e.g., VR, 3DExperience, Digital Twins).
• Develop cross-functional relationships and network within the Airbus community.
