Majestic Wines Warehouse Limited in Peterborough is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in delivering outstanding customer experiences and achieving KPI targets.

You will drive sales, coach junior staff, and manage day-to-day store operations, including tastings, product knowledge, and staff development. A full UK manual driving licence is required, with training available for WSET qualifications.

Qualifications

• Experience of working as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven retail or hospitality environment.
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer experience & service.
• Experience understanding retail KPIs and driving improvements.
• Ability to prioritise and problem solve in high pressure environments.
• Self-motivated, thrives when working alone and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work towards WSET 2 and 3 Qualifications.
• Hold a full UK, manual transmission driving licence for at least 12 months with no more than 6 penalty points.
