Majestic Wine Group is seeking a part-time Flex Sales Assistant in London to support store teams, drive sales and manage day-to-day store tasks with evening and weekend availability. The role involves driving company vans, delivering excellent customer service and maintaining store presentation across multiple London stores.

You will work 24 hours per week with a salary of £15,862.08 pro rata and a high degree of flexibility across stores. Full UK manual driving licence is required.

• Provide VIP concierge service, updating customers on products and tastings.

• Develop wine knowledge to support WSET qualification.
• Maintain store appearance and oversee daily operations, including deliveries and stock.
• Identify improvements to optimise store operations and communicate ideas to the team.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and mandatory training.
