Job summary

Majestic Wine Group in Milton Keynes is seeking a Sales Assistant to support the store team, driving sales and delivering outstanding customer service. You will help with day-to-day operations and stock deliveries while building strong customer relationships.

Flexibility is essential: 20 hours per week, evenings and weekends, and a full UK manual driving license held for 12 months. This role offers growth through in-house training and progression opportunities within Majestic Wine.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by maximising sales opportunities and supporting targets via KPI delivery.
• Deliver market-leading customer service to drive business growth and customer loyalty.
• Provide VIP concierge-like service, proactively updating customers on products and tastings.
• Share passion for products with in-depth knowledge of our range.
• Maintain store appearance and manage stock deliveries and store operations.
• Identify improvements to optimise store operations and communicate ideas to the team.
