Majestic Wine Group in Henley-on-Thames is seeking a dynamic Sales Assistant to support the store team, drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences. The role demands driving, evening/weekend availability, and a strong focus on product knowledge and VIP customer care.

You will help with day-to-day operations, stock deliveries and merchandising while upholding compliance and store standards. Training and progression opportunities are available.

Responsabilidades

• Drive store performance by maximising sales opportunities and supporting targets through KPI delivery.
• Deliver market-leading customer service to drive growth and customer loyalty.
• Offer VIP concierge service, contacting customers with product updates and tastings.
• Sell the story, share passion with in-depth product knowledge.
• Pursue WSET qualification and confidence in selling.
• Maintain store appearance and external/internal standards.
• Handle day-to-day operations: deliveries, merchandising, customer calls.
• Identify improvements to optimise store operations and communicate ideas.
