Job summary

Majestic Wine Group is seeking a Sales Assistant in Witney to support the store team with driving sales and the day-to-day running of the store. You will deliver exceptional customer service and help optimise KPI performance, acting as a Majestic Wine ambassador and providing a premium shopping experience.

You will be responsible for contributing to store operations, handling deliveries, merchandising stock, and contacting valued customers to drive sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
• Full UK manual driving license held for at least 12 months with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Demonstrates enthusiasm for wine and learning about our range.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by maximizing sales opportunities and meeting/exceeding targets.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to encourage loyalty and repeat purchases.
• Act as Majestic Wine brand ambassador to provide VIP concierge service and product updates to customers.
• Ensure store maintenance and appearance is kept to the highest standard.
