Job summary

Majestic Wine in Blackheath is looking for a Sales Assistant to support the store team, drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a great shopping experience for every customer.

You will handle store operations, stock deliveries and customer calls, while growing wine knowledge and aiming for WSET level 2. This permanent, part-time role requires evenings and weekends and a UK manual licence. Uniform provided and staff discounts apply.

Qualifications

• Proven time-management and organisational skills.

• Drive store performance by maximising sales opportunities and meeting KPI targets.
• Provide VIP customer service to build loyalty and repeat purchases.
• Share passion for wine and deepen product knowledge to support selling.

• Maintain store presentation and ensure compliance with policies and training.
