Job summary

Majestic Wine Cambridge is seeking a Sales Assistant to support the store team, drive sales performance and manage the day-to-day running of the store. You’ll deliver exceptional customer service to optimise KPI performance.

You will engage customers, promote our wine range, and help maintain store standards. Evening and weekend work, and a full UK manual driving licence are required.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by maximizing sales opportunities and supporting KPI delivery.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to build loyalty and repeat business.
• Provide a VIP concierge service, proactively updating customers on products and tastings.
• Share passion for our wine range and help customersStory-tell when possible.
• Maintain store appearance and handle day-to-day operational tasks.
• Assist with deliveries, merchandising, stock deliveries and customer outreach.
