Job summary
Winemark in Belfast is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Assistant to join our team. You will help customers, maintain product knowledge, and support stock control and events in-store. Qualifications
- Three months in retail environment
- Strong communication with customers
- Customer-focused service
- Professional appearance and conduct
- Team-focused attitude
- Interest and/or knowledge of wine
- Experience with cash handling
- Experience with stock handling and control
Responsibilities
- Assist in customer relations by maintaining excellent customer service, including up-to-date knowledge of store products
- Identify selling opportunities and act on them
- Maintain housekeeping standards inside and outside the store
- Ensure stock is controlled and merchandised to company standards
- Assist with promotional set up
- Ensure premises are safe and secure at all times
- Comply with cash handling and administration regulations
- Comply with health and safety, licensing and trading standards
- Perform any other duties relevant to the post
