SeeMe Hired Ltd presents a Sales Advisor role for Old Holywood. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service, know store products, and support the Store Manager with sales, security and stock control. Requirements include basic Maths/English GCSEs and retail experience.

The role emphasizes customer-focused service, active selling, professional appearance, and teamwork in a wine retail environment across Northern Ireland. A driving license and wine knowledge are desirable.

Formación

• Maths and English GCSE Grade C or above or equivalent.
• Three months previous experience in a retail environment.
• Good written, verbal and listening skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in customer relations with excellent service and up-to-date product knowledge.
• Identify selling opportunities and act on them.
• Maintain housekeeping standards inside and outside the store.
• Ensure stock is controlled and merchandised to company standards.
• Assist with promotional setup and cash handling procedures.
