Job summary

Bestway Group is seeking a Business Development Manager - Wine for our Food Services division to drive wine category sales with existing and new customers. You will develop opportunities, host tastings, and help create compelling listings.

The ideal candidate is passionate about wine, has on-trade wholesale experience, CRM skills, and preferably WSET Level 3. You will work with the buying and marketing teams to grow the range and profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience selling wine to the on-trade sector.
• Passionate about wine with CRM experience.
• WSET Level 3 qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential on-trade clients, focusing on high-end pubs/restaurants.
• Hold wine tastings and presentations to showcase products.
• Develop wine listings for customers to support their business.
• Negotiate and close sale deals ensuring profitability.
• Maintain CRM records and update the sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with buying/marketing to grow the wine range and trends.
