Job summary

OrganOx is seeking a Windows Software Manager in Oxford to lead the design and development of device-hosted software for Windows platforms, ensuring robust, compliant solutions for regulated medical environments.

You will own end-to-end software development, guide architecture and testing, and interact with regulatory bodies and partners. The role combines deep technical leadership with hands-on expertise in GUI, connectivity, and cybersecurity within a fast-moving, high-stakes setting.

Qualifications

• Experience building safety-critical medical device software.
• Strong SDLC knowledge including agile methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Experience with regulatory standards IEC 62304, ISO 13485.

Responsibilities

• Lead Windows software engineers to deliver robust GUI and connectivity.
• Oversee end-to-end software lifecycle for medical devices.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with FDA, ISO 13485, IEC 62304.
• Drive SDLC processes and continuous improvement.
