Job summary

OrganOx Limited is seeking a Windows Software Manager to lead the design and development of software for organ-perfusion devices used in regulated medical environments. The role focuses on GUI, connectivity, cybersecurity, and end-to-end ownership of application software across Windows platforms.

The role requires deep SDLC expertise, leadership of cross-functional teams, and strong interaction with regulatory bodies and external partners. On-site in Oxford with some flexibility is offered.

Qualifications

• Requires experience with SDLC for medical devices.
• Proven leadership of Windows software teams.
• Experience with regulated environments (FDA/ISO13485/IEC62304).
• Strong hands-on in GUI, connectivity, and cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a Windows software engineering team.
• Ensure end-to-end software development lifecycle for medical device software.
• Coordinate with regulatory bodies, partners, and customers.
• Drive roadmap, planning, and resource management.
• Oversee DHF and software quality processes.
