Job summary

Porterhouse Recruitment is seeking an experienced Window Order Processor in Basildon, Essex. You will process and input customer orders accurately, liaise with customers and internal teams, and assist with invoices and stock control in a busy office environment.

The role requires at least 1 year in the window/glazing sector, strong communication skills, and good IT proficiency to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience in the window/ glazing industry or similar environment.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Confident IT skills and ability to prioritise workload.

Responsibilities

• Process and input customer orders accurately.
• Prepare and issue invoices for new works.
• Order parts and materials as required.
• Check order details, specifications and measurements.
• Support general office administration.
• Assist with quarterly stocktakes.
• Liaise with customers to ensure orders progress smoothly.
• Maintain records and keep information up to date.
