Job summary

Eurocell, a local family-run window and door manufacturer, is recruiting for an experienced UPVC fabricator to join its Swanmore premises in Hampshire. Full-time, permanent role with a 40-hour week and overtime available. A supportive team environment and modern facilities are offered.

Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years in fabrication, own transport due to the off-site location, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude. Salary is competitive and experience-based.

• Maintain high levels of housekeeping at all times.
• Have a flexible approach to work and perform other tasks as required.
• Work as part of a team and support other manufacturing areas.

Job description

Experienced UPVC Window & Door Fabricator to join a well-established company where you can put your fabrication skills to work.

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent.

Salary: Competitive, Depending on Experience.

Location: Swanmore, Hampshire SO32.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 40 hours per Week + Overtime Available.

About The Company:

They are a local family run Eurocell window and door manufacturer established in 1989. Now looking to recruit a FULL TIME, Experienced UPVC Fabricator or Supervisor to work from their Swanmore premises.

Please note, they are in an area where there is little, or no public transport, so you will need transport to get there.

About The Role:

They are a business investing in way they work. Constantly updating their working practices and investing in new machinery and equipment. You must work well in a small team.

• Fabricating and producing high quality windows and doors

Candidate Requirements:

The company are looking for someone with experience and with the right pro-active attitude, has a desire to work, can multitask and be able to work well in a friendly team. The role will require manual handling skills and some lifting of heavy items at times.

Skills required:

• Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a Window and/or Door Fabrication or similar (transferable skill set) based role
• Own transport to get to the business premises as they are off the beaten track
• Team player with a drive to achieve team objectives
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Be able to prioritise and organise work efficiently and effectively
• Be consistent, accurate and ensure that all company and H & S procedures are followed
