Job summary

Recruitment Helpline Ltd in Swanmore, Hampshire, is seeking an experienced UPVC Window & Door Fabricator or Supervisor for a full-time, permanent role. You will fabricate and assemble windows and doors to precise specifications, operate machinery and contribute to a small production team in a family-run Eurocell manufacturer established in 1989.

The position offers Monday to Friday, 40 hours with overtime available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in window/door fabrication or similar.
• Own transport due to remote location.
• Team player with drive to achieve team objectives.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to multitask and work well in a small team.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and produce high quality windows and doors.
• Operate machinery and hand tools, and use IT as part of the role.
• Ensuring manufactured frames are produced in the most efficient manner.

• Maintaining high levels of housekeeping at all times.
• Have a flexible approach to work and accept reasonable requests to perform other tasks within your capability.

Recruitment Helpline Ltd seeks an experienced UPVC Window & Door Fabricator or Supervisor for a full-time, permanent role in Swanmore, Hampshire. Working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with overtime available, the successful candidate will fabricate and assemble UPVC windows and doors to precise specifications, operating machinery and maintaining quality standards throughout production. The employer is a family-run Eurocell manufacturer established in 1989, currently investing in new machinery and updated working practices. Applicants should have proven UPVC fabrication experience, mechanical aptitude, attention to detail and the ability to work reliably within a small production team. Salary is competitive and dependent on experience. Own transport is essential due to limited public transport links.

Now looking to recruit a FULL TIME, Experienced UPVC Fabricator or Supervisor to work from their Swanmore premises. Please note, they are in an area where there is little, or no public transport, so you will need transport to get there.

Candidate Requirements

The company are looking for someone with experience and with the right pro-active attitude, has a desire to work, can multitask and be able to work well in a friendly team. The role will require manual handling skills and some lifting of heavy items at times.

Skills required

• Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a Window and/or Door Fabrication or similar (transferable skill set) based role
• Own transport to get to the business premises as they are off the beaten track
• Team player with a drive to achieve team objectives
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Be able to prioritise and organise work efficiently and effectively
• Be consistent, accurate and ensure that all company and H & S procedures are followed
