Job summary

Recruitment Helpline Ltd in Swanmore, Hampshire, is seeking an experienced UPVC Window & Door Fabricator or Supervisor for a full-time, permanent role. You will fabricate and assemble windows and doors to precise specifications, operate machinery and contribute to a small production team in a family-run Eurocell manufacturer established in 1989.

The position offers Monday to Friday, 40 hours with overtime available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in window/door fabrication or similar.
• Own transport due to remote location.
• Team player with drive to achieve team objectives.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to multitask and work well in a small team.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and produce high quality windows and doors.
• Operate machinery and hand tools, and use IT as part of the role.
• Ensuring manufactured frames are produced in the most efficient manner.
• Adhere to strict health and safety policies and procedures.
• Maintaining high levels of housekeeping at all times.
• Have a flexible approach to work and accept reasonable requests to perform other tasks within your capability.
• Work as part of a team and support other manufacturing areas.
