Job summary

Eurocell, a local family-run window and door manufacturer, is recruiting for an experienced UPVC fabricator to join its Swanmore premises in Hampshire. Full-time, permanent role with a 40-hour week and overtime available. A supportive team environment and modern facilities are offered.

Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years in fabrication, own transport due to the off-site location, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude. Salary is competitive and experience-based.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in window/door fabrication.
• Own transport due to off-site location.
• Team player with drive to achieve objectives.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Be able to prioritise and organise work efficiently and effectively.
• Be consistent, accurate and follow H&S procedures.

Responsibilities

• Fabricating and producing high quality windows and doors.
• Operate machinery and hand tools, and use IT skills as part of the role.
• Ensure manufactured frames are produced in the most efficient manner.
• Adhere to strict health and safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain high levels of housekeeping at all times.
• Have a flexible approach to work and perform other tasks as required.
• Work as part of a team and support other manufacturing areas.
