Job summary

RES is seeking a skilled professional to deliver major component replacement projects and associated heavy-lift work. You will work as part of a team delivering gearbox, generator, main shaft, and yaw ring exchanges, ensuring safety and quality at every stage.

The role requires experience with heavy lift projects, strong communication, and knowledge of CDM processes. A background in mechanical or electrical disciplines and relevant GWO training are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering heavy lift and major component exchanges.
• Aware of CDM procedures and documents; safety-focused.
• Able to write clear project documentation and reports.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects end-to-end with focus on major component exchanges.
• Coordinate lifting operations and ensure CDM compliance.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and HSQE records.
