Job summary

RES is seeking a skilled professional to deliver major component replacement projects and associated heavy-lift work. You will work as part of a team delivering gearbox, generator, main shaft, and yaw ring exchanges, ensuring safety and quality at every stage.

The role requires experience with heavy lift projects, strong communication, and knowledge of CDM processes. A background in mechanical or electrical disciplines and relevant GWO training are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering heavy lift and major component exchanges.
• Aware of CDM procedures and documents; safety-focused.
• Able to write clear project documentation and reports.

Responsibilities

The Position–Responsible for carrying out Major Component / Large Corrective projects as part of a team. Projects will mainly be Major Component replacements with some smaller additional works in between. Gearbox, Generator, Main shaft, Yaw Ring Exchanges etc

Key Accountabilities–Project delivery, Lifting Operations, CDM Compliance, Document Writing, HSQE Compliance

Knowledge–Multi-platform MCR Replacements, Industry awareness, familiar with processes, CDM procedures and documents

Skills–Good communication, Organised, adaptable

Experience–Industry experience in delivery of heavy lift and major component exchanges

Qualifications–Relevant GWO Training, Mechanical Or Electrical Qualifications Preferred
