Job summary

RES is seeking an experienced professional to deliver Major Component replacements and associated large corrective works as part of a project team. Tasks will include gearbox, generator, main shaft and yaw ring exchanges, with emphasis on safety and quality.

You will perform lifting operations, ensure CDM and HSQE compliance, write documents and maintain project records, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Strong organisation and adaptability to changing project needs.
• Knowledge of CDM procedures and general site safety practices is beneficial.
• Experience with multi-platform MCR replacements and large component exchanges is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Project delivery of Major Component/large corrective works.
• Lifting Operations management and coordination.
• CDM Compliance and HSQE governance for projects.
• Document Writing and maintaining project records and reports.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure safety, quality and schedule adherence.
