Job summary

A leading telecoms and IT provider in Wimborne, Dorset is seeking an Operations Coordinator to join their team. The role focuses on coordinating engineering and helpdesk activities, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication with customers and staff.

The ideal candidate will have experience in coordination or helpdesk roles, strong organization and communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with ongoing training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a coordination, helpdesk, or similar support role within Telecoms or IT (max 140 chars).
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills (≤140 chars).
• Confident communicator, liaising with colleagues, customers, suppliers (≤140 chars).
• Calm, professional in fast-paced environments (≤140 chars).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering and provisioning teams to deliver projects and support requests.
• Schedule jobs, tickets and projects via CRM; liaise with staff and customers.
• Monitor workload and resource allocation for efficiency and quality.
• Assist in managing proactive and reactive IT and telecoms support activities.
• Work with Operations Manager to meet goals and maintain customer satisfaction.
