Job summary

Co-op Legal Services is seeking a Will Writer to draft wills and related estate planning documents, advise clients, and take instructions. The role is remote UK-wide or on-site at our offices if preferred. You will handle diverse cases and contribute to a supportive team while ensuring accuracy and client service.

In this role you will maintain records, communicate with clients and partners, and manage your caseload with attention to detail and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Previous experience of drafting wills and advising clients relating to estate planning matters, as well as taking client instructions.
• Experience drafting wills across varying complexities, including estate planning matters.
• Experience managing cases and achieving billing/productivity targets.

Responsibilities

• Document and write wills of various complexity and related documents.
• Communicate with clients and external partners by phone and written communication.
• Manage an incoming caseload and work toward successful case completion.
• Accurately maintain client records and correspondence; ensure compliance.
