Key Responsibilities:

1. Track orders and assist the sales team in ensuring timely deliveries.
2. Assist with product developments and innovations to meet customer needs.
3. Generate and run order reports to streamline sales processes.
4. Follow up on customer inquiries and chase sample shipments.
5. Maintain accurate records of samples sent to customers and orders processed.
6. Prepare customer order PDFs and price lists to support sales efforts.

Requirements:

1. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
2. Proactive attitude with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
3. Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PDF generation.
5. Previous experience in wholesale or sales support preferred but not required.
