We’re working with a well-capitalised, global trading firm undergoing a new phase of strategic growth in its FX Options business. This is a rare opportunity to join a dynamic desk with significant headroom, full backing, and the chance to make a direct commercial impact from day one.

The Opportunity

This is a pivotal role for an experienced FX Options Sales Specialist with a proven track record selling to institutional clients—specifically banks, hedge funds, and asset managers. You will not be selling to corporates. We are looking for someone deeply embedded in the institutional trading ecosystem, who understands the sophistication and pace of this space.

What You'll Be Doing

• Drive institutional sales across FX options products, focusing on major banks, hedge funds, and buy-side firms
• Leverage an established global platform with competitive pricing, strong execution, and multi-asset capabilities
• Work alongside traders and senior management to develop tailored trading solutions
• Own and grow a portfolio of institutional relationships across EMEA
• Contribute to the strategic direction of the options business as it scales

What We're Looking For

• MUST HAVE: Proven experience selling FX Options to institutional clients only (banks, hedge funds, asset managers)
• Strong understanding of FX derivatives, pricing, and structuring
• Self-starter with a solid book or network and the credibility to engage senior counterparties
• Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-moving environment
• Experience in an agile, revenue-driven sales culture
