We’re now looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our marketing and lead generation efforts as we expand our digital footprint and outreach.

Tasks

Role Description

This is a part-time remote contract role for a Virtual Assistant – Marketing & Lead Support at COPIEUX LIMITED. The role involves supporting marketing and lead generation activities, which includes communication, market research, customer service, and sales tasks. The Virtual Assistant will play a key role in assisting with marketing strategies and lead nurturing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, maintain and manage targeted lead lists using structured criteria
  • Track outreach activity and responses using shared tools
  • Support the formatting and rollout of digital assets, guides, and resource pages
  • Assist with campaign workflows, including follow-ups and form-based lead capture
  • Collaborate on content structure and presentation for toolkits and strategic resources
  • Ensure consistency across branding, messaging, and touchpoints
  • Monitor key metrics and provide weekly performance updates
  • Create social media campaigns
Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience supporting marketing or business development in a B2B environment, including B2B lead generation or outreach
  • Strong organisational skills and comfort working independently
  • Familiarity with basic campaign workflows and client journey mapping
  • Excellent written English and attention to detail
  • Ability to structure and format content clearly (no coding needed)
  • Availability for approx. 5–10 hours/week, with flexibility to grow
  • Familiarity with outreach automation tools or other relevant AI tools
  • Understanding of lead magnets, resource libraries, or customer journey pages

Bonus Points (Not Essential)

  • Familiarity with HR or SaaS industry is a plus
  • Knowledge of HR systems
  • Comfort using tools like Notion, Canva, Google Workspace
