Belstaff International is seeking a Wholesale Admin & Logistics Executive to manage wholesale orders, stock movements and inventory. The role supports the Wholesale Sales and Operations Team with order confirmations, PO follow-ups and shipping, and ensures SKU and pricing data in Netsuite is accurate each season.

Based UK/Ireland/EU APAC territories, the role involves inventory control, reporting and aftersales service to maintain Belstaff’s brand experience across channels.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with inventory control software an adv.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines.
• Netsuite knowledge is preferable.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

• Overseeing cycle of order fulfilment.
• POs check and follow up; routing purchase orders.
• Reviewing, preparing, and routing purchase orders.
• Shipping and delivery control during the season.
• Managing inventory, storage and transportation.
• Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines and productivity.
• Addressing inventory and shipment issues.
• Organising commercial returns.
• Liaising with Finance on accounting matters.
• Product information management in Netsuite.
• Aftersales customer service assistance.
• Preparing accurate reports for management.
